Dalam setiap pertandingan Karate, pasti ade acara KATA.....
Anna sememangnya focus pada acara ini kerana ketinggian Anna - petite heheheh and matanya tau aje ler......
 
Dan ianya merupakan acara kegemaran Jie sendiri kerana tidak ramai yg boleh membuat persembahan Kata dengan cukup baik, kemas dan bertenaga.

| Quote: | Kata (型 or 形) (literally: "form") is a Japanese word describing detailed patterns of movements practiced either solo or in pairs. Karate Kata are executed as a specified series of approximately 4 to 40 moves, with stepping and turning, while attempting to maintain perfect form. The practitioner is counseled to visualize the enemy attacks and their responses. Karateka "read" a kata in order to explain the imagined events. There are perhaps 100 kata across the various forms of karate, each with many minor variations.
Traditionally, kata are taught in stages. Previously learned kata are repeated to show better technique or power as a student acquires knowledge and experience. It is common for students testing to repeat every kata they have learned but at an improved level of quality. The student will perform one new kata and one or two previous ones, to demonstrate how much they have progressed.
The various styles of karate study different kata, or variations of a common core. Some kata may therefore be known by two names, one in Japanese, the other in Okinawan/Chinese. This is because Master Funakoshi renamed many kata to help Karate spread throughout Japan.
All Karateka should study the Ten Points of the Kata and consider these when practising each Kata[citation needed]
YOI NO KISIN - the spirit of getting ready. Be prepared for your opponent in the Kata.
INYO - the active and the passive. Consider both attack and defensive aspects of the Kata.
CHIKARA NO KYOJAKU - use of strength. Balance your power in relation to the movements in the Kata.
WAZA NO KANKYU - speed of movement. The speed of each movement in the Kata.
TAI NO SHINSHUKU -expansion and contraction. The form of the body in the Kata.
KOKYU - breathing. Understand breath and posture control in relation to the movements in the Kata.
TYAKUGAN - targeting. Know the purpose of each movement in the Kata.
KIAI - shouting. Demonstrate good martial spirit in the Kata.
KEITAI NO HOJI - positioning. Movement and stance in the Kata.
ZANSHIN - alertness. Retaining your guard (alertness) for the whole of the Kata, and beyond. |

Salam,
18th Kobe Osaka International (KOI) Karate World Cup yang berlangsung di Stadium Perpaduan, Kuching, Sarawak dari 20 - 26 Julai 2009 yang lalu dibahagikan kepada 2 bahagian.
1. - Training Camp - 20 - 23 Julai 2009
2. Pertandingan Karate-do world cup. - 24 -26 Julai 2009
Jie pergi sebagai pengurus untuk team Putrajaya dimana ianya merangkumi 2 pelajar wanita dan 2 pelajar lelaki.
Anna mengikuti training camp dan tidak memasuki pertandingan kerana penyediaan dirinya tidak mencukupi..insyallah kalau ade rezeki akhir tahun or tahun depan.....

Jie and family sempat gi ke tempat ini..setelah mendengar citer dari Abahwafi last year...so dgn sopannye kami 2 family siap berbaju kurung except Jie yg dah tukar pakai jean with baju kurung ler..hehehe...kami gi ke Kuala Gandah, Lancang....
Kami sempat cuci mata tgk Minah Saleh and Mat Saleh berbikini and emmmm....berendam dgn gajah di sungai yg sedia ade..Jie nak berendam..x apa ler..next time hehhe...

24 & 25 November yg lalu, Jie dgn family Jie berlibur ke Temerloh, Pahang. Kami dua family menginap di Sri Malaysia Temerloh. Ingatkan ade pool (Jie, my adik angkat and anak2 dah siap angkut baju mandi, tgk2 pool tutup untuk 2 hari....hampesssss hehehehe)
Siap ler kami mencuci mata pd hari Ahadnye....gi Pekan Sarinya...macam2 ade...puas ler Jie shoot gambar.....orang ingat Jie nie dari Paper mana entah hehehe...yg penting...shooot jgn x shoot...Pasti ade yg bertanya..mana Anna...dia tidoooorrr masa Jie gi shoot gambar hehehe....bawa Ajeed aje....

Kalau dulu semasa Jie ke Zoo...Jie berniat untuk mendapatkan gambar White Tiger, cuma kali ini our friend nie sibuk tido...so Jie x terkilan sgt kerana sebagai gantinye Jie mendapat few shoot yg Jie kira ok kerana selama ini bukan satu yg mudah....berkat menanti...dpt juga gambar yg Jie nak tur hehehe
